3. What is this Notice About?

After the Physical Standard Test (PST) conducted on 12 September 2026, CSBC carried out preliminary scrutiny of the documents of successful candidates.
During scrutiny, deficiencies were found in certificates related to claims made by some candidates in their applications. CSBC has therefore published a list of candidates who are required to appear physically with the relevant original documents for verification.

4. Candidate-wise Document Requirements

The notice lists 16 candidates and specifies the document required from each candidate. The requirements include:

  • FFW certificate
  • NCL certificate for financial year 2024–25
  • EWS certificate for financial year 2024–25
  • Permanent residence certificate
  • Caste certificate
  • Original Matric and Intermediate certificates
  • Correctly issued caste certificate containing the candidate's correct name
For candidates with NCL requirements, the notice also permits an NCL certificate from an earlier financial year where applicable, accompanied by Form XVIII (B) as specified in the notice.
