### Original Documents Required at the Time of Physical Verification**For Newly Admitted UG Students — ICAR-UG Online Counselling Brochure 2026**
1. **Proof of Date of Birth** – High School/Class X/Matriculation Certificate/DOB Certificate.
2. **Class X & XII Documents** – All certificates and mark sheets/grade reports related to Class X and Class XII.
3. **Transfer Certificate (TC)** / School Leaving Certificate.
4. **NTA Admit Card** – Admit Card issued to the candidate by NTA.
5. **NTA Confirmation Page** – Computer-generated confirmation page of the online application submitted to NTA.
6. **ICAR Rank Card** – Rank Card issued by ICAR to eligible candidates.
7. **ICAR Allotment Letter** – Allotment Letter issued by ICAR to eligible candidates.
8. **Provisional Admission Letter** – Provisional Admission Letter issued by the admitting University.
9. **Passport Size Photographs** – 03 passport-size colour photographs.
10. **Government Identity Proof** – Aadhaar Card / Copy of Passport / Bank Passbook / any other valid Government Identity Proof, as applicable.
11. **Domicile Certificate**.
12. **Character Certificate** – Issued by the Head of the Institute last attended.
13. **Category Certificate** – SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/UPS/EWS etc., as applicable.
* OBC/EWS certificate should be **latest**.
* Certificate must be as per **Central Government requirements** and issued by the Competent Authority.
14. **Medical Certificate for PwBD Candidates** – Issued by a Medical Officer of any Government Hospital, mentioning the **kind and degree of disability**.
15. **Anti-Ragging Undertaking** – As available on **[www.antiragging.in](http: //www.antiragging.in)**.
16. **Medical Insurance** – It is mandatory to have medical insurance with minimum coverage of **₹3.00 lakh per annum** at the time of admission.
* Submit the policy document/beneficiary document such as **CGHS Card, Ayushman Card, Mediclaim**, etc.
* If the student does not have medical insurance, **₹2,811** has to be paid
