3. Educational Qualification

  • Young professional- II 01 Rs. 42000/pm (consolidated) Essential: Master’s degree in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/ Plant Pathology/any relevant discipline of life sciences Desirable: Experience in basic molecular techniques (nucleic acid isolation, PCR, plasmid isolation, restriction, ligation, molecular cloning), and recombinant vector development, dsRNA. Bioinformatics (Transcriptomics and Proteomics) and scientific writing; as evident from publications Terms and Conditions 1. Age limit: Maximum age of 45 years for YP-II as on date of interview (Age relaxation SC/ST/ OBC/PWD/ Women and other exempted categories as per GOI guidelines). 2. The posts are purely temporary and will be filled on a contractual basis which may be extended periodically subject to the performance of the candidate till the termination of the project. 2 3. The candidate shall not claim regular appointment at this Institute, as the post is coterminus with the project. 4. Reporting time for walk-in-interview will be till 10.00 am and no candidates will be entertained after that. 5.   • The posts are purely temporary and will be filled on a contractual basis which may be extended periodically subject to the performance of the candidate till the termination of the project. 2
