OJEE, Odisha Joint Entrance Examination

The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) has released the Schedule and Instructions for Provisional Admission to BAMS/BHMS for 1st Round Counselling. As per the notice dated 25 September 2026, candidates who have received a seat allotment in the 1st Round must personally report at the OJEE Office, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar on the notified date and time for provisional admission. Candidates are required to carry their original certificates, mark sheets, CLC and other required documents along with photocopies. OJEE's official website also currently lists BAMS/BHMS counselling and admission information for the 2026–27 session.

The notice also states that if the fee structure is subsequently revised through a Government Order, the revised fee structure will automatically apply.

6. Freeze or Float Option

The allotted candidate must exercise the Freeze or Float option through their login ID.

7. Documents Required

Candidates reporting for provisional admission must carry:

  • Original certificates
  • Original mark sheets
  • CLC
  • Other required documents
  • One additional set of photocopies
The notice specifically requires the original documents along with another set of photocopies during reporting.

8. Provisional Admission Letter

After:

  1. Payment of the prescribed admission fee,
  2. Successful verification of the required documents, and
  3. Submission of the Nativity Certificate and CLC in original,
the candidate will receive a Provisional Admission Letter from the OJEE Office along with an acknowledgement of the submitted documents.

9. Important Instructions for Candidates

Candidates should carefully follow these instructions:

  • Only the candidate or the candidate accompanied by one guardian should report at the OJEE Office.
  • Candidates must report on the scheduled date and time.
  • Candidates should carry all required original documents and photocopies.
  • Candidates should not report directly to their allotted college at this stage.
  • Candidates should wait until the complete counselling and admission process is finished.

10. What Happens After Provisional Admission?

After completion of the final counselling process, OJEE will send the list of admitted students along with the admission fees to the concerned institutes.
The concerned institutes will then complete the final admission process.
If any amount is refundable to candidates, OJEE will process the refund after the final admission dates according to the applicable Government procedure.

11. How to Complete Provisional Admission

  1. Log in using your OJEE credentials.
  2. Exercise the Freeze or Float option.
  3. Pay the ₹8,500 admission fee online.
  4. Check your allotted college and reporting schedule.
  5. Prepare all original certificates, mark sheets, CLC and other required documents.
  6. Carry one set of photocopies.
  7. Report personally at OJEE Office, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar on the allotted date and time.
  8. Complete document verification.
  9. Submit the required original Nativity Certificate and CLC.
  10. Collect the provisional admission letter and acknowledgement.
