7. CTC Structure and Contract Terms

  • The GM & Chief AI Officer package comprises 90% fixed pay and 10% variable pay.
  • Annual CTC is negotiable and depends on the candidate's profile and current remuneration.
  • The advertisement provides for an annual increment band from the second year onwards, subject to the stated conditions and performance.
  • The initial fixed-term engagement is three years.
  • The bank may renew the engagement for up to two further years on mutually agreed terms, at its discretion.

9. 1. GM & Chief AI Officer

Age limit: 40–55 years.
Educational qualification: A recognized qualification in one of the following areas:
  • B.E., B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication or an equivalent discipline.
  • M.Sc. in Statistics or Computer Science.
  • M.A. in Statistics.
  • M.Stat.
  • MCA.
Experience required:
  • At least 15 years of experience in Banking, BFSI or the Information Technology sector.
  • At least three years of senior leadership experience in AI, analytics, model oversight, governance and business transformation.
  • Experience must involve cross-functional stakeholders and leadership of a sizeable AI or analytics team.
  • Individual-contributor experience does not count towards the required senior leadership period.
Leadership experience in scheduled commercial banks or Fortune 500 firms is preferred.

10. 2. DGM – Risk and Operational Analytics

Age limit: 35–50 years.
Educational qualification: B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc. in Statistics or Computer Science, M.A. in Statistics, M.Stat. or MCA in the specified disciplines from a recognized institution.
Experience required:
  • At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Banking, BFSI or IT.
  • At least two years in a senior leadership role involving risk analytics, operational analytics, AI/ML model oversight, model governance and business transformation.
Relevant experience may include credit-risk analytics, fraud detection, early-warning systems, portfolio monitoring, operational-risk analytics and financial-crime analytics.

11. 3. DGM – AI Governance and Compliance

Age limit: 35–50 years.
Educational qualification: The specified engineering, computer science, IT, electronics, statistics or MCA qualifications accepted for the DGM positions.
Experience required:
  • At least 10 years of experience in Banking, BFSI or IT.
  • At least two years of senior leadership experience in AI governance, responsible AI, model-risk management, regulatory compliance, data privacy, information security, technology risk or business transformation.
Relevant experience in AI governance frameworks, model validation, compliance, privacy assessments, audit coordination and third-party AI risk is useful for this role.

12. 5. AI Solution Architect

Age limit: 30–45 years.
Educational qualification: A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, AI, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Experience required:
  • At least eight years of overall experience.
  • At least three years in AI/analytics solutioning, digital transformation, technology consulting or solution architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into enterprise technology and AI solutions.
Certifications in AI solution architecture, business analysis, product management or related AI technologies are preferred or may be an added advantage, as specified in the advertisement.

13. 6. Enterprise AI Architect

Age limit: 30–45 years.
