About the Role: Support the development of Corporate Direct Channels to deliver seamless solutions for corporate clients, driving innovation and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Work as a BA translating complex needs into clear, testable requirements.
Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria; manage requirements in JIRA/Confluence.
Partner with business & technology stakeholders; facilitate workshops & meetings.
Apply strong communication to present complex info to global audiences.
Support testing/QA and change delivery; manage competing priorities & deadlines.
Operate within regulated environments, considering compliance and cybersecurity.

Preferred Knowledge

Corporate Banking & Payments, including ISO 20022 and SWIFT formats.
IBM Sterling Integrator or other file transfer applications (highly desirable).
