You’ll ensure high availability and reliability of CareStack’s platforms by building automation, CI/CD, and observability. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship safe, reliable changes quickly.

Expect hands-on work across Azure, Kubernetes, monitoring/alerting, incident response, and continuous improvement of runbooks and SRE processes.

• Own BAU ops: monitor performance, troubleshoot, ensure high availability.
• Build Infrastructure-as-Code patterns aligned with security & engineering standards.
• Create CI/CD with Octopus, GitLab-CI, and ArgoCD.
• Automate operational processes with scripts and internal tools.
• Implement observability for uptime; triage with service teams & stakeholders.
• Manage metrics/logging, enhance visibility; write effective PromQL queries.
• Develop comprehensive runbooks to detect, remediate, and restore services.
• Collaborate during incident “firefights” and improve follow-up processes.
• Analyze logs and performance metrics for proactive improvements.
• Stay current on SRE, observability, alerting, and infra automation best practices.
• Participate in rotational shift/on-call for continuous support.
• Communicate clearly with technical peers and teams.

• Fresher with strong cloud computing knowledge (preferably Azure).
• Good cross-functional grounding in Linux, storage, networking, security, databases.
• Familiar with Kubernetes orchestration.
• Comfortable with Python or Go (or similar) for automation.
• Able to understand and maintain software in any common language.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (GitLab, ArgoCD, Octopus).
• Aware of monitoring SLIs/SLOs, uptime and availability practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
