About the Role: As a Data Analytics Associate in Finance, you’ll define, refine, and deliver goals for the firm’s data-driven decisions while supporting CIB Ops Risk Data & Metrics initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Support CIB Ops Risk Data & Metrics Lead to document, streamline & deliver metrics requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams; develop solutions using Alteryx & Tableau
  • Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards & reports in Tableau
  • Perform data analysis, mining & cleansing to derive trends and insights
  • Run ad-hoc analysis & deep dives to answer business questions
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Present findings clearly to technical & non-technical stakeholders
  • Stay current on analytics & visualization best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Understanding of banking/financial environments; Operational Risk & Control exposure
  • Bachelor’s in Data Science/CS/Statistics or related
  • Hands-on with Alteryx, Tableau, strong SQL
