Salesforce Developer within the support team to deliver well-tested software that meets business requirements. Based in the Pune office.

• Analytical debugging and issue resolution.
• User setup, permissions, role hierarchy, profiles, reports & dashboards, data loads.
• Apply Salesforce best practices and platform functionality effectively.
• Work with Salesforce Lightning UI (experience a plus).
• Version control with Git and Bitbucket.
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients to meet deliverables.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Quickly comprehend client requirements and propose feasible technical solutions.
• Professional client handling in all interactions.
• Ability to work with geographically distributed teams and customers.
• Innovative, proactive, and adaptable to change.
• Team player, quick learner, eager to explore new technologies.

• 1–3 years on Salesforce: administration, development, data management, integration, security, deployment, Lightning Web Components.
• Hands-on with Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, controllers, workflows, approval processes, REST API integration.
• Batch Apex & Scheduled Apex; adherence to SDLC and Force.com configuration best practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or relevant Engineering.
• Certifications: Salesforce Admin and App Builder (preferred).
• Experience in support activities (added advantage).

• Normal office environment; extended computer use.
• Movement across locations for collaboration; occasional handling of loads up to 50 lbs.
• Filing/reaching/twisting as needed; manual dexterity for typing/writing.
• Continuous listening and clear information delivery.
• May require accommodating different physical abilities; shift flexibility.
