As a Software Development Engineer – Level 1 in Noida, you will design and build components that power dealership service centers worldwide, working across microservices, mobile, web and cloud platforms.

• Design, develop and test software components that power digital solutions for automotive dealerships and their customers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable applications.
• Gain hands-on experience across multiple technology stacks, including microservices, mobile (iOS/Android), web applications and cloud platforms.
• Communicate project goals, trade-offs and progress clearly to your team lead and product manager.
• Take ownership of your work—proactively raise issues, suggest improvements and balance speed with long-term reliability.

• You have strong Computer Science fundamentals and can reason clearly about data structures, algorithms and system design.
• You are proficient in at least one modern language: Java, Python or C#.
• You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teammates.
• You are curious and eager to learn new tools, frameworks and architectures.
• You care about responsible AI, model limitations and building safe, interpretable systems.

• Experience: 0–3 years of software development experience, preferably with exposure to cloud or distributed systems.
• Education: Strong CS fundamentals; degree in Computer Science/Engineering. Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes (IIT/NIT etc.) preferred but not mandatory.
• Programming: Proficiency in at least one modern language (Java, Python or C#).
• Core CS: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design principles, operating systems and networking fundamentals.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mindset: Curiosity, ownership, attention to detail and willingness to explore new architectures.

AI/ML Fundamentals:

• Data & ML lifecycle: Knows train/validation/test splits and why "garbage in, garbage out" matters; understands the importance of data cleaning, normalization and augmentation.
• Evaluation: Can explain metrics like accuracy, precision/recall, loss and recognize overfitting vs. underfitting from curves.
• Neural Networks: Intuitive grasp of neurons, layers, weights and activation functions; understands training via loss functions, gradient descent and backpropagation; knows the difference between training and inference.
• Transformers: Understands why Transformers were introduced (limitations of RNNs/CNNs for long-range dependencies) and the role of self-attention, positional encodings and the encoder–decoder structure.
• LLMs: Sees how Transformers scale into Large Language Models, understands pre-training and fine-tuning, tokenization, and patterns like RAG and LLM-based agents.
• Responsible AI: Aware of hallucinations, limitations, safety and the importance of interpretability and responsible deployment.
