Job Description — About the Role

In this Site Reliability Engineer role, you will improve non-functional and operational characteristics such as availability, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, security, incident response, and capacity planning. You’ll collaborate widely to deliver change in a safe and secure way.

  • Meet service level objectives and continually improve systems/environments.
  • Ensure availability, performance, and scalability of services.
  • Implement & enhance monitoring, logging, alerting for full visibility.
  • Respond to incidents using ITIL practices; manage escalation and RCA.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to reduce toil and boost efficiency.
  • Partner with dev/ops teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Participate in post-incident reviews and drive actionable improvements.

Required & Preferred Qualifications
