In this role you will

  • Participate in mission-critical projects impacting Priceline’s business.
  • Experiment, iterate, and deliver with a cross-functional agile team.
  • Work on GenAI use-cases and cloud technologies (AWS & GCP).
  • Build low-latency, high-throughput transactional services with CI and automation testing.
  • Compose SQL to collect and query application data for real-time investigation.
  • Understand the codebase, systems, and requirements to implement effective changes.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS or related field.
  • Strong in Java (Spring Boot is a plus); 2+ years preferred.
  • 1+ year with a modern client-side JS framework/library (React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Ember).
  • Experience building with Node.js and applying common libraries.
  • Basics of big-data/streaming: Spark/Kafka/Flink/Beam/KSql.
  • Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Bigtable).
  • Comfort with Spring, Web Services, APIs; Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes.
