Perform routine database checks (Postgres, Redis) and assist with backups/maintenance.
Learn and support cloud security best practices (IAM roles, security groups, Cloudflare DNS & WAF).
Participate in incident response processes and document findings.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize application infrastructure.
Manage incidents, minimize downtime, and escalate issues when needed.
Maintain clear technical documentation and SOPs; contribute to R&D for continuous improvement.
