Overview

Join Syfe’s engineering to build scalable cloud infrastructure and automated delivery pipelines. As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll enable high-velocity, reliable releases and production robustness across Syfe’s WealthTech platform.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and scalable cloud infrastructure for efficient releases.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) for consistent, auditable deployments.
Automate workflows for reliability, performance, and cost efficiency; adopt emerging technologies.
Monitor applications and infrastructure; proactively resolve issues to ensure scalability and robustness.
Participate in on-call rotation; escalate and resolve production incidents.
Collaborate with software engineers and cross-functional teams to enhance deployability, security, and operations.
Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability; mentor where appropriate.

Skills You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/IS or related field.
Experience in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure roles; strong scripting in Python/Go/Ruby.
Hands-on with Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
Cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP valued); Linux/Unix admin, networking, databases.
Monitoring/logging stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK (or similar).
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have: AWS certification, OSS contributions, microservices and cloud-security best practices.
