About the Role

As a Test Associate, you’ll test real-world web, mobile, and enterprise applications that impact thousands of users. You’ll learn hands-on, collaborate with peers, and contribute across the entire STLC.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Learn latest testing tools, trends, and concepts; attend online/offline training.
  • Assist in functional, automation, performance, and security testing.
  • Understand applications under test; clarify requirements and ask queries.
  • Analyze apps; help with test strategy and test planning.
  • Create test data and assist in test environment setup.
  • Write test cases and develop test scripts for assigned modules.
  • Execute tests as per release cycles; report defects and enhancement suggestions.
  • Contribute across STLC stages; investigate root causes and propose improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any graduate/postgraduate (2020/2021 onwards); any stream.
  • Certified software testing course or ISTQB Foundation.
  • Professional attitude, communication, and ability to learn in dynamic environments.
  • SDLC/STLC understanding; manual testing fundamentals.
  • Exposure to automation tools; performance testing is a plus.
