5. Job Responsibilities

The Faculty will work at the institute and handle training-related, counselling and administrative activities.

Major responsibilities include:

  • Conducting sessions on entrepreneurship, motivation, personality development and business management.
  • Conducting business games.
  • Guiding and educating trainees.
  • Coordinating institute programmes.
  • Conducting pre-training activities such as EAPs, application generation and candidate selection.
  • Assisting the Director in preparing the Annual Action Plan and training programmes.
  • Arranging training materials and guest faculty.
  • Providing post-training follow-up services.
  • Providing counselling and credit linkage.
  • Preparing project reports.
  • Preparing success stories and sending a minimum of two stories per month to the Controlling Office/MoRD.
  • Preparing post-programme, monthly and other periodic reports.
  • Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, developing training programmes, preparing case studies and training materials, coordinating with outside agencies, organizing institute events, supervising support staff, monitoring guest faculty, maintaining inventory/library records and overseeing the institute campus.
